- Define, plan, and manage entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure

- Translate project plans into actionable daily and weekly operational activities

- Execute assigned agricultural tasks according to specifications and schedules
- Collect accurate data on activities, time, materials, and outcomes
- Report progress, issues, and observations to operations management
